Latitude Festival 2008 sold out!
So, for the third year in a row Dirty Zine will be heading to the beautiful Suffolk fields of Henham Park, Southwold and this years line-up is by far the festival's best yet. Evidently you, the music loving public agree because Weekend, Saturday and Sunday tickets are all sold out! But no worries because DIRTY will be there do all the hard work for you.

The new, big news being that BBC Radio 4 is having it's very own stage devoted to it, which will feature panel games where contestants (including Phil Jupitus and Ross Noble no less) have to try and not repeat themselves, and many other favourite Radio 4 shows will be re-created live! In front of you! For your enjoyment!

As for the music side, well, it just keeps getting better. We all know that Sigur Ros, Interpol and Mars Volta are headlining right? Well on top of all this, loads of new additions has made it all so much sweeter. I think the thing that's excited us most here at team dirty is the inspired decision to add Okkervil River to the bill. Literally, there aren't words to describe how exciting this is for us. Elsewhere though, we got British Sea Power, Grammatics, Grinderman, Foals, Black Kids, Gravenhurst, Crystal Castles, Clinic, Metronomy, Black Lips, Errors, Lovvers and Bearsuit. Unfortunately, we did lose M.I.A due to her decision that "touring is hard."

In more BBC radio related matters, Huw Stephens will be taking over the Lake Stage, and bringing with him Elle S'appelle, along with many others.

Tickets for Friday day are still available to buy at £55 plus booking and online at www.festivalrepublic.com, www.seetickets.com & www.latitudefestival.co.uk
