This debut LP follows the compilation ‘The First Collection’, which covers all of Lemuria’s previous EP, split and compilation releases. All three members share vocal duties, but it’s the harmonies shared between front woman Sheena Ozzella and drummer Alexander Kerns’ J Mascis-esque groans that really bring the songs to life. Really inventive drumming and creative chord progressions prevent them from becoming just another average 4 chord pop punk band too.

Fully recommended for punk and 90’s college rock fans alike, along with Meneguar they’re one of the best discoveries I’ve made in the last 18 months.
