Fuck knows where they came up with the idea to mix Shellac-style guitars with classical piano/ trumpets/ strings. But boy did they nail the bastard! Every song on this album will have you wondering how the hell they manage to come up with stuff like this. There's not one track off it that I get bored of, and I get bored pretty easily...

I must say these guys are weird. Their names are weird, the lyrics are weird and fuck me, the album cover is weird. Whoever came up with the idea of having a cowboy, the pope and an alien hybrid slaughtering a cow must have something wrong with them.

However, there is no doubt that these guys use every bit of their imagination they can and squeeze it out of there brains. But does it pay off? Of course it does! Take any oppurtunity you can to check these Glaswegian nutters out. Buy the album, see them live, you will not regret it. I can guarantee that much.
